External and interior CGIs for Peabody's shared-ownership scheme on Powell Road in Lower Clapton, paired with on-site drone photography taken during construction. The pre-build renders carried the sales and marketing campaign while the scheme was still wrapped in scaffolding, giving prospective buyers a clear picture of what their new street view would look like, day and night. For the ground-floor commercial unit, we worked up a Cat B use-case concept to give prospective occupiers something to react to: a coffee, climbing and social space that turned the empty shell into a workable proposition.
Two views of the same building, taken from matching angles. Each pair toggles automatically between the drone-captured construction photograph and the final pre-build CGI.
The same CGI rendered twice. One for the day-time sales brochure, one for the dusk shot the agent leads with on the property portal. Drag to compare.
The empty double-height shell sat at the corner of the building waiting for an occupier. We worked up a Cat B use-case proposition: a coffee, climbing and social hub spread across the mezzanine, so prospective occupiers had something concrete to react to rather than a blank space and a floor plan.
