Kilburn Mews

For Places for London's Kilburn Mews regeneration project, we created virtual staging and Cat B fit-out concepts to showcase the potential of a series of disused railway arches. By transforming empty shells into thriving cafés, restaurants, retail units and workshops, the visuals helped prospective occupiers envisage the opportunity and support the creation of a vibrant new destination for independent businesses.

Virtual staging CGIs

A mix of post-edited lifestyle scenes and populated interiors, designed to give prospective occupiers and the wider public a feel for the mews as a destination, not just a leasing opportunity.

Arch Cat B concepts

Each arch was visualised twice. Once as the empty Cat B fit-out shell, then again with the lifestyle treatment dressed in, so prospective tenants could see both a workable plan and a finished atmosphere. Drag the handle to compare.
