A full visual marketing suite for The Boutique Workplace Company's conversion of the Grade II listed Holborn Town Hall into a flex workspace. Drag-bar before-and-afters showing the empty heritage rooms reimagined as Cat B fit-outs, a digital walkthrough video, and an immersive virtual tour built for both desktop browsing and VR headset viewing. The visuals were instrumental in pre-letting the workspace at over 50% before fit-out completion.
Three of the building's most distinctive rooms, taken from empty heritage shell to fully-staged Cat B fit-out. Drag the handle on each pair to compare.
A short cinematic edit that takes the viewer through the principal rooms and concept moments, built from the same source CGIs as the statics.
The same scheme stitched into a 360-degree tour, used by The Boutique Workplace Company on laptops in viewings and as a full VR experience for headset wearers. Click and drag inside the frame to look around, or, if you have a VR headset, click on the goggles icon at the top right of the tour to experience it in full immersive view.
