Berol Quarter

A comprehensive visualisation package for Berkeley Square Developments' Berol Quarter scheme in Tottenham Hale, comprising a full suite of pre-build CGIs, day and dusk imagery, and a cinematic flythrough animation. Working closely with the design team at Allies and Morrison, we helped communicate the architectural vision, placemaking strategy and public realm improvements that form part of this significant regeneration project. The flythrough played a key role in supporting the planning application, which received approval from Haringey Council in July 2023.
